You may remember the inception of the elegant Margot full-length cashmere coat earlier this year.
Inspiration was drawn from Russian embroidery, Faberge eggs and a 1918 cavalry officer’s coat I found in St Petersburg which influenced the full buttons that run down the back for riding.
The Margot is finished with vintage brass buttons and a delicate waist seam graduating into a full skirt. In collaboration with Joshua Ellis in Yorkshire, it is crafted in 430 gram brushed cashmere. This is quite simply the softest, warmest and best quality available from this 200-year-old mill.
Created for you in tweed or cashmere just turn up your collar to the wind.
